I’m thrilled that NYC passed City of Yes. More than a unit count, what we've done is change the deeply inequitable status quo for housing in NYC. Allowing more housing types in more places - and ensuring that *every* neighborhood allows housing - is how we'll build a more affordable, integrated NYC.

Today we released an RFP for development of a giant parking lot in Inwood, right on the Harlem River. We'll have 500+ affordable apartments, a STEM center, and public open space on the water. Until recently this just parking for Spectrum vans
