If Twitter was so good — why isn't there a Twitter 2?

I'm on here mostly to follow accounts about comic books, and maybe for cat gifs too. Huuuge one piece fan!
All the way back on 2010s Twitter I've been finding a lot of cool artists, writers and creators that I liked, and now I basically have to do it all over again. And discover feed is slowly but steadily helping me with that — it recommends me some of the same people I didn't know are on here already.

They have an exquisite mustache, hence they're not just a dog but also probably an individual of noble standing! That is why being treated without due etiquette might've resulted in your face being bitten straight off.

And don't even get me started on those Gillen and McKelvey characters, they've done some HEAVY lifting during the 2010s. The things McKelvey did are still looking kind of impossible. But here they are, on a page. Unreal.

6. Doctor Strange by Jason Aaron and Chris Bachalo. I love Doctor Strange, it's a character that can be anything. And the authors get it. They capture the most insane depictions of magic breaking through, mixing with the mundane and they contrast it with the picture of our world devoid of magic.

5. Hawkeye by Fraction and Aja are some of the best comics money can buy. It is the most comics, it is the most David Aja, it is the most Matt Fraction. The authors are doing just insane things here.

4. Robin: Son of Batman by Patrick Gleason. It made me happy and it brought me to tears. It is the story of growing up and of unlearning harm. It's gorgeous in every meaning of the word. Issue #6 is still one of my favorite single-issue comics of all time.

3. Ms.Marvel by G. Willow Wilson is for me THE superhero comic book. If I could only read one single superhero comic in all of my life — I'd wish for it to be this one. It's imaginative and bright and it's confident in what it is and I adore it wholeheartedly and forever.

2. Giant Days. I was studying at college at the time of reading it, it blew my 🧦 right off. It rang so true and felt so genuinely kind and sweet, and all the characters were so real, that I couldn't help but fall in love with it.

1. Lumberjanes. It began as a quintessential summertime adventure and turned out to be so much more than that. It's a high, that I've chased ever since and have never really caught up to.
