I remember almost nothing when I get out of a psychotic episode. It's crazy. I know myself enough to understand I didn't do anything life-ruining, but it is unnerving to have a whole month of your life blacked out.

Having severe mental illness is weird because people feel really bad for you when you're in an episode but only for like a week then they get annoyed you're still like that.
