After my husband died, they wouldn’t let me into our safe deposit box, though I had 2 keys and my name was on the account. Eventually I got in, but grief is bad enough without stuff like that.

The London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Social Services Department was her executor.

I would never have those marks, but in a hypothetical case where I did and I knew I was being constantly photographed, I would use cosmetics for their purpose. Doh!
