Mine already did. Insurance is a scam Trump won't tackle. Oddly breaking things that worked 50 years ago (maybe), but not in a modern global economy instead. I would have to raise my deductible's to seriously high levels. And then you still need a lawyer to get insurance to pay up.

Misnamed: healthcare. It is sick care. If they wanted you to be healthy, they would ask more about your diet and prescribe more gym memberships.

Run a Free Ukraine telethon in the same time slot as the State of the Union. Trump loves the chance for good TV and the press eats it up. Networks need to black out the speech in favor of covering the telethon. Relegate it to Fox and CSpan. STOP giving HIM the chance for headlines.

With Malignant Narcissists (Trump for sure, Vance highly likely) you do one of two things: You either give them false adoration, or you go NO CONTACT. When it is the President of the USA, ignoring him (i.e. the Press) is difficult. Exposing him? His followers are so gaslit, they are braindead.
