that is awful. I had this happen ONCE and that was all it took. I mean we didn't publish a review since they cba contacting us and I'm still waiting on pickup years later, but never going through that hassle again

Always found that anybody going for the hair color is just as likely to find any other ridiculous validation for whatever opinion they're bringing to the comments. Still their loss though. you do you because WHYYY would somebody need to look/be a specific set of characteristics to be authoritative
