Hi! Yep, you can configure individual folders to sync with collections (our word for a remote vault) or entire vaults. It’s common for folks to have different synced folders in the same vault—I have one for personal notes and a few for work.

We don't (yet) support self-hosting, but it's something we're interested in for sure
