I think we tend to let the fact this is fiction run away from us sometimes. Both in terms of continuity never being designed like a machine and more like Lego blocks, and that yeah people will do their own thing. The variety you can introduce into the same character is a positive.

And yeah sometimes that means truths that don't helpfully cohere will emerge about the same person. But also it's a Big 2 comic, people have different takes and that's fine. I love that sort of thing.

Yeah, I read the Leth run recently and honestly I don't consider it in any way contradictory with yours and Lins' which I read first. Both are about the impracticality and sadness of Patsy's life being exploited by her mom and negative relationships with the men in her life.
