Nea, with the melanin advantage, is still somewhat in the sun. She offers some sunscreen with a mischievous smirk, leading Coco to question her motives. Is this a genuine gesture of kindness, or are there ulterior motives in mind..?

An up-to-date render of Nea in her complete plugsuit, with her Witchblade and Black Barrel Replica REPLICA. She is also showcasing her set of Mystic Eyes of Evolution as well. All gold can be seen to be metallic but will dull outside of high adrenaline environments. The plugsuit perfectly captures the feel of the material it's based on while maintaining the coloration it's meant to have, a mistake from an older render. The hair is very close to black but shows hints of dark purple. The blade of the Witchblade has a similar color to the plugsuit, but it has a unique color gradient and texture. The rest it has matching properties to the plugsuit. BBRR looks like a common short nosed revolver, except it has a hand bracket for extra safety and handling. The symbol in the bottom right is the insignia introduced from The Twins, who dragged Nea into the mess that she's in... Nea's Character Sheet (plugsuit only). Weapon Concepts..
Nea has two weapons that are significantly different in concepts and origin. One is an experimental Gunblade from Story VI (Bleach) and a short nose revolver from Story IX (Type MOON Pt. 2).
A weapon design study for Nea's Gunblade and revolver that she gets on two separate adventures. The Experimental Gunblade is a joint collaboration prototype between the East and West branches of the Soul Society from the world of Bleach and Burn the Witch. It's made from a demo Witch Kit and a dead Asauchi (nameless Zanpakuto). It eventually gets calibrated and finished afterward by the twins for better utility and usage. The revolver was a gift from Sion Eltnam Atlasia and named Black Barrel Replica REPLICA. BBRR is a replica of her own weapon, Black Barrel Replica, which is a replica of Black Barrel. As such, it is significantly weaker than the original, but it is by no means a weak weapon. It can be easily concealed because it is connected to her through a magic sigil on her wrist. Witchblade: The blade is composed to reduce the length and width while increasing the durability. The design follows the usual Gunblade traits found in other media. As something like this has not come to exist in Kubo's vision (yet), most Soul Reapers may struggle to adjust to this weapon. BBRR: Half as many rounds as Black Barrel Replica, yet more compact and easier to handle than BBR. Furthermore, it has the unique trait of turning anything into ammunition (i.e. blades of grass, pebbles, metal pipes, etc.). The durability of the material translates to the strength of the bullet. This can provide a range of ammo that can either subdue or kill enemies.

The final design sheet! Nea's climactic look in the world of #PSO2! It's relatively close to how she looks in game rn lol

In the longer "final" adventure, we find Nea in the expensive world or Phantasy Star! More specifically, the timeline of Phantasy Star Online 2 and New Genesis, with references to PSO. This story is one of the largest planned, split up into 3 parts, exploring existing lore and manipulating it, priming it for correction. This outfit is (ideally) one of many that would appear in the adventure. It would signify the finale of the longest expedition Nea has been on. Following the "innerwear, " "basewear," and "outerwear" pattern that exists in-game, her outfit consists of simple innerwear, a cropped jacket with flowing sleeves as outerwear, and the rest is basewear. Some attributes of the basewear would be identified as ornaments in the game. Her hair is the only unique design choice, as the hair options in PSO2/NGS are not favorable to folks with darker skin.

Originally born from the mind of Tite Kubo, Nea's adventure takes her into the world of Bleach and Burn the Witch. After being confronted by soul reapers and explaining reasoning for being there, she's eventually assigned the role of "Temporary Soul Reaper" as opposed to "Substitute Soul Reaper" due to the history of the role. As such, she is limited to what she can do in the Soul Society. In this story, she obtains her weapon as an experiment, the Witchblade: a joint project between the East and West branches of the Soul Society. The weapon is a combination of a Test Witch Kit, imported from the West, and an unassigned Asauchi from Oetsu Nimaiya. The prototype is a "blank slate" with no synergy or connection with any known Soul Reaper, which makes Nea a "perfect subject" (Mayuri's words). In a far, far future where robots and humans live together in society, conflict and disharmony will forever continue to exist. In 24XX(?), where evil plans have been thwarted two times by two heroes, one more push is needed to bring peace one more time. Nea appears to help quell the troubles of an unforseen future with Ashe as her mentor and Master Thomas as the next antagonist. However, Master Thomas' behavior and methods seem much more extreme than anyone would anticipate. Although unknown to the other heroes, Nea assumes it's the common denominator in all her adventures, pulling the strings... (The note below the design refers to the original artist of the Zero and ZX series, as their art style better captures mechanical details than my own hands.)

Keeping the train going with the Pokémon and Type MOON!

The first significant outfit change that occurs on Nea's adventure to the 'verse of Pokémon. The color palette is warm and sandy overall to reflect her Ace Pokémon, a Flygon nicknamed "Daerude." This is further shown with her shades. The puffer long coat is for sandstorm weather and to mimic a dragon tamer's cape. She receives guidance from Zinnia on her journey. The bucket hat color matches her coat. The first significant outfit change that occurs on Nea's adventure to the 'verse of Pokémon. The color palette is warm and sandy overall to reflect her Ace Pokémon, a Flygon nicknamed "Daerude." This is further shown with her shades. The puffer long coat is for sandstorm weather and to mimic a dragon tamer's cape. She receives guidance from Zinnia on her journey. Underneath the bucket hat are bantu knot braids, inspired by the character customization in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. This grounded and inconspicuous outfit is what Nea wears on the Nasu-verse. She explores this multiverse two times, and she mostly wears this both times. In the world of Type MOON, all characters have outfits that are relatively normal. For example, Shirou wears a blue and white long sleeve shirt with pants, and Aoko Aozaki wears a plain white tee with jeans. The plugsuit is disguised as normal underwear underneath. The first adventure has her as a master in a mock Holy Grail War. The second adventure has her under a close watch of an Atlus Magus looking to solve a world scale mystery.

A casual outfit Nea wears often. It's easy, breathable, and helps exaggerate her legs. She may occasionally replace her t-shirt with an oversized shirt or her dolphin shorts with sweat pants, depending on the season. As this design takes place before the start of her adventures, her eye color is more brown, and she wears glasses. A more presentable outfit Nea wears when traveling. It's stylish and practical in concept. Accessories like the visor and choker are optional. Her wardrobe often carries hints of Y2K fashion. This was long overdue, and I think it helps reflect the sketchy and rendering style I have!
The full outfit for Nea when she goes out on various adventures. It functions as a base for other outfits she appears in, like in the 'Verse of Pokémon, Type MOON, etc. The skin tight "plugsuit" acts as a second layer of durable skin. While the black automatically covers the skin when deployed, the gold ascents are from Nea's preferences. The purple jacket, gloves, and boots are requested by Nea to feel a little less "nude." The full outfit for Nea when she goes out on various adventures. It functions as a base for other outfits she appears in, like in the 'Verse of Pokémon, Type MOON, etc. The skin tight "plugsuit" acts as a second layer of durable skin. While the black automatically covers the skin when deployed, the gold ascents are from Nea's preferences. The design is inspired by various catsuit designs from various mecha anime.
