Put blame where it belongs, on the corporations that are exploiting your work, the person they paid to make it, and all the rest of us who have to deal with this crap.

The reason there is so much treatment-resistant misery in the world might be cuz the only treatment we have for misery itself is, "Buck up, Kiddo."
Anything more effective would require re-structuring society.
Antidepressants are cheaper and less effective, but they help "buck-up" go down easier.

Finding peace within is a process that needs to begin with building walls, but can only end with tearing them down.
It's not the isolation that brings peace, but the process of going through a tunnel, enduring the silence, learn what's u and what's not, and coming out the other side with clarity.
