I appreciate the clarification but I figured as much for my original comment. I feel like I just fundamentally don't understand the mindset that turns this into a benefit and I was looking for some additional clarification on that if that's alright.

can I ask why?

my viewpoint is that it takes a fair amount of the teeth out of counter picking in general and further reduces stage variety so it seems like a net negative overall.

is there a specific methodology to this list that I'm missing? or just something I'm not considering?
