The NCAA Tourney is finally here! With the brackets set, I want to provide exposure to the Latinos & Hispanics participating this year. Over 25 players repping 8 countries (yes, I will include PR as a country for this) will take part in the biggest tournament of the year. Hope everyone enjoys it!

After catching a few games today (err yesterday, Wednesday), I wrote down some quick notes on a few guys that either stood out to me, might be worth keeping an eye on, and/or made a positive impact for their teams. Hope everyone that reads it enjoys it!

Here in game 2 in the #A10MBB Championship Tourney between Fordham v Rhode Island and Fordhams guards, Jackie Johnson III (12pts) and Japhet Medor (16pts), have outscored Rhode Island 28-16 so far. 33-16 at under 8 timeout in the 1st half.

For the next, and last, AmeriCup Qualifying Window, Puerto Rico will have one of its most talented rosters ever put together for these windows, with depth at almost every position. Will be a great group to watch play!

Happy Friday! With the G-League Reg Season starting today, I reviewed the performances of players of Latino descent during the Showcase Cup. A couple of players are omitted from this list in part of them being with their NBA team all season: Enrique Freeman (Pacers - PR) & Chris Duarte (Bulls - DR)
