I donate blood two or three times a year. You're tested for iron levels before you can donate. I've never been knocked back. You're inventing problems. Which is weird because you couldn't give a shiny shïte about animals so I'm not sure why you're even bringing up iron.

I've not been directly responsible for anything between 100 and 300 young animals to be brutally killed every year. That's pretty effective in my eyes.
