first month at the gym down. I've lost 11-12 pounds since I've started. mental health isn't 100%, but hey, at least physically, I'm feeling better.
January 2025 was the worst month ever for my mental health. Shit kept happening left and right to the point if not for my friends and support group, I'd be 6 feet under or my ashes scattered somewhere.
Today is the end of that, starting with hitting the gym consistently.

I have the utmost respect for people in the medical field. visiting my grandfather in the hospital is such an emotional and eye-opening experience.
I can't imagine doing this as a profession. hats off to anyone in the field. I can't imagine how 2020 must have been.
