15 minutes ago there was nothing near us out by E470 and Quincy on the radar on my one weather app. Then this happened. 😳

Coming down hard by E470 and Quincy.

Had a great time getting ripped on by my hero @jimmypardo.com last night at the Denver show. A dream come true. Will have to remember to report back after getting a frozen TV dinner to compare notes with Jimmy to see they hold up. 😂 Big thanks to my wonderful wife for getting us the tickets.

Heading out to the Denver show in a bit. And I am going to be that guy who wears the artist's shirt to the show. PCU be damned. 😁 Can't wait.

So far this has been the perfect rain by E470/Quincy. Constant all day but never torrential or in any fear of flooding. Nice & easy, no real storm activity or hail (so far). The lawn is getting soaked which is the best thing about it. I will definitely take more days like this in the months to come

We rode the line and got right in that sweet spot out by E470/Quincy between the trace-2" and 6-12" at a not too bad 4". That should melt quickly the next 2 days. 😁
