Just done so beef ribs in the smoker. Country rub, mopped in Dr Pepper BBQ glaze and smoked over JD Barrel bits. Maybe one of the greatest bits of food I have ever knocked out

A very decent burger there at Big Smoke smoke house at Gatwick South. And not even by airport standards, would be happy with that eating out regular. Also a good pint of their Medicine Man and bonus points for playing Fleetwood Mac
