Ive been experimenting with smaller ratios to see what kind of taste I would get. A 1:1.5 ratio is more like a ristretto which technically should be slightly stronger in flavor. 😀 however I havent gotten this bean properly dialed in yet! 😖😫

I have owned a Nespresso for over 10 years and I have luved it. In April 2024 I bought a Breville Barista Express and while it takes longer to pour a double shot of espresso, I have embraced the process and have enjoyed every Cortado and Latte! I do still use my Nespresso when I'm late for work 😜
