I’m at a crossroads as to what to do today. I’m torn between installing crown molding in my office or embarking on a two week cross-country roadtrip with my aging pit bull and making a documentary about it.

My 13 year-old discovered today that my car will read my texts to me, and speak acronyms in full. Now she’s texted me “wtf” 1,000 times and apparently hearing a robot repeat “what the fuck” for 5 minutes straight is the height of early-teen humor.

I just used a $1,000 3D printer to print 50 cents worth of tree ornament hooks. Take THAT, Big Christmas!

I’ve always tried to end my family conversations with “I love you” because you never know if you’ll get another chance to say it. That being said, here’s the last conversation I had with my mom before she passed away this month.

Being a long-time Chiefs fan is a lot like being a long-time Kings of Leon fan. They were pretty good, but no one really cared, then they got huge, and everyone loved them, and now everyone hates them because the refs didn’t call pass interference on that last album.
