This is absolutely the game plan. He knew he couldn’t get the senate to do his bidding because eventually, they would start to cave to pressure and midterms. He knows he can pressure his own DOJ with threats and hide behind “investigations” indefinitely.
DOJ will refuse to release the Epstein files based on their sham "ongoing investigation." Bookmark it.

Senate Democrats are caving for a promise of a vote on ACA subsidies. A promise? Families are scrambling to afford premiums now.
