Anyone else getting up early to prepare dinner? I usually put ours in (after Adam has brined and prepared it) that morning around 9 am. Plenty of time to to remove the top foil for browning before serving.

Looking forward to our Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow 🙂 We got a small turkey (14 pounds) and Adam is making a cranberry compote with bourbon and a apple pie with bourbon plus stuffing, mixed vegetables and biscuits. Just the 2 of us as usual and the Detroit Lions game during dinner 🙂
