I've never been a gym enthusiast. Since being separated, I've used it to gain some focus and relieve stress.
This week, I skipped the gym for two days when I had the time.
I was stressed. Lesson learned. Releasing the endorphins has calmed my nerves. I feel better now. I'm such a procrastinator.
