Spider-Man 3 (DS)

the highest rated SM3 game
it's good enough
it has dpad for movement and touch screen for everything else
it's clunky, if it used buttons it would have worked better, but that could have made it less unique ig
the hub areas are a treat, they look fantastic and feel pretty lively

Spider-Man 2 (Movie)(Rewatch)

a great followup to the first one
still awesome, but i think i like the first movie more

Spider-Man 3 (PSP)

the non-HD one for PS2/PSP/Wii
it might be less tedious than the HD one but it's still mediocre as hell
there's virtually no variety, and the gang control stuff sucks
the combat is monotonous so every encounter feels like an annoyance
one positive is that it has Morbius, i guess

Spider-Man (2002)(Movie)(Rewatch)
iconic, amazing, awesome
what else can I say, I still love this movie to bits
i feel nostalgic about the early 2000s

Spider-Man Web of Shadows Amazing Allies Edition (PS2)

my god, this is not good
very unpolished combat
and movement, there's no flow
stuttery framerate
All the story is told through text and there's no proper ending
literally the only positive is the writing being entertaining, sometimes

Kao the Kangaroo (2022)(PC)

a game best defined as "okay-ish"
Levels are too long, so replaying them sucks
it's buggy, camera and visual effects can be unpolished or lacking sometimes
and the music often dies and there aren't enough SFX

honestly I'd rather recommend Kao 2, it's the better game

Kao: Mystery of Volcano (PC)

similar to its predecessor, it's alright-ish
it's very short, with some OBVIOUS padding
like that awful racing game and big enemies taking ages to die (but there's no reason to engage in combat)
it also reuses ladders and a puzzle from Kao Challengers, funny

Kao Challengers (PSP)

a surprisingly great port of Kao 2
it even has 4 new levels not available in any other version (though the sliding parts in the third new level were a bit annoying)
the game itself is alright, I liked it enough! I think it works better as a handheld title?
also Kao is cool
