Do you have any advice on finding owls to photograph? I’ve seen a few locally while mountain biking but when I go back on foot with my camera, I can’t ever find any.

This. CoreCivic and Geogroup are the only two private contractors bidding for the transportation, detainment and or monitoring contracts. They and their stockholders plan to make billions off of taxpayers. It’s all a grift.

The whole thing is a fucking grift. It’s not about any threat or danger to U.S. citizens. They are just stealing more of our money.
