Recommend it on the merits of what it does not the colour of someone’s skin!

Personally I couldn’t care less about someone’s skin colour its not a factor if you are black, white, Asian etc it’s about the type of person you are

Unfortunately I don’t think there is a short term fix, we are that much of a shambles! We need a complete overhaul of the decision makers at the club, they’ve proven time & again they can’t make the right decisions! Either hand over to BK or let them appoint who they want in key positions
