Here’s your new favorite Valentines Day cocktail - the French Kiss. Gin, Prosecco, and strawberries 🥂

Photo taken at Holy Water in Port Orchard, WA # French Kiss - 1.5 oz gin (london dry) (one part - use 1 oz for smaller glass) - Barspoon Amoretti Natural Wild Strawberry Artisan Flavor - 2 dash Rhubarb bitters - 3 oz Prosecco (2 parts) - splash sprite - muddled slice or two of fresh strawberries - fan-cut strawberry garnish In a mixing tin, lightly muddle the strawberry, gin, Amoretti, and bitters - transfer to serving glass. Add ice to hold strawberry down and top with Prosecco. float sprite. Garnish w/ strawberry. This is basically a 1 part gin to 2 parts Prosecco cocktail, inspired by a French 75. The Amoretti for a strawberry syrup is what we recommend - it's $16 for an 8oz bottle (02/25) - a little goes a long way. The rhubarb bitters bring a lot out of the strawberry flavor and are worth the trouble to acquire. Feel free to experiment with other strawberry flavors. There is nothing like the sound bath of chimes and bells synchronized with the joy and camaraderie that EM pinball offers. Nothing. I have had this dream for years now, and next Friday it comes true. We may or may not be the only EM exclusive arcade, but I can’t find another anywhere. I think this will change, and the raw, unfiltered joy these games bring will lead to others following suit for everyone to enjoy. If you don’t know the difference between EM and SS pinball, you just have to experience it for yourself to truly understand. Thanks to all that have helped and supported this, and I look forward to seeing you soon!”

I think this film is more relatable to current events, but it’s not an easy watch - not gross, just mostly boring (which is again, relatable)
