So agree with this. or buy any old TV with a good picture and use a decent stick etc, Other than the roku TV's most of the smart TVs are crap OS wise, never updated

In my opinion, CI/CD pipelines not bad, but repos is poor, hard to navigate compared to GitHub. Also find the CI runs a bit slow
