Honestly I really want Madueke to succeed at #Arsenal. If he succeeds, the club succeeds. I do get it: I loathe Chelsea and everything they stand for, but what a better rebuke of those blue bastards than to tear it up in red & white? Judge him on the merits, not his former employer.

Madueke is a human being who doesn’t deserve the vitriol he’s been receiving in certain corners of Goonerdom. Let’s judge him by his character, dedication, and performance. C’mon #Arsenal fans: We’re better than this.

I’ll be curious to see if reports start trickling in from Madrid now that Thomas Partey is being charged in the UK. I highly doubt this sort of predatory behavior just begins when someone moves to another city. All of his victims deserve justice.

This Partey news came out of nowhere. Except it didn’t. One sobering lesson I’ve learned today is I need to vary my Arsenal media diet. I had no idea there have been protests about him for ages. Fucking disgraceful.

I’m not so much ready for Partey to leave #Arsenal as I am ready to stop worrying about yet another important player getting injured all the time. People celebrating his departure fail to appreciate all he has done for us starting at a real ebb for the club. Thank you for your service, Thomas!

As a tortured #Arsenal supporter, I can’t help but acknowledge that #CrystalPalace beating #ManCity in the #FACupFinal is the best thing to happen to the English game since Leicester winning the league. Bravo

PSV 1-7 #Arsenal. So. Satisfying. I could only watch the first half in full, catching snippets of the second on the ride home. I was on daycare duty by the time final whistle came across the CarPlay audio, thrilling my mini Gooner in the backseat, eventhough he doesn’t grasp “7” as a concept #PSVARS

It’s been frustrating that the season when City finally crumbles, #Arsenal isn’t there to swoop in. Wonky red cards, cluster injuries, poor finishing—exhausting. But it’s also been beautiful: My son is now old enough to jump around when we score and hug me as I stifle an F-bomb when we concede.
