5. Look at nature, they are the greatest source of life and vibrance. All sentient life is connected. I spend all my life around animals and it’s so clear to me that a soul trapped in a cats body is no different to a soul trapped in a human one

4. Keep your life small, we have such little time to focus, when we do, spend it on the life you want, one that is based on love. I love my wife, son, cats and house. That’s plenty to focus on outside work
