Should the examples I gave not warrant the women’s toilets first?
Yes it may only be one congressman but what about our mothers, daughters, and sisters alike ? Do they not get priority for the reason I mentioned because it won’t be just one man in their bathrooms will it?

So as well as women’s comfort and a mothers comfort and for all the other reasons I stated that biological women deserve those spaces first.

Well obviously a toilet for gender neutral is fine
People are complaining that womens spaces are being taken up by biological males.Remember women have periods, women may be pregnant, women may need to use the bathroom more often due to having many kids.
That and also many women just don’t feel safe
