Building bridges, once the lawyers are happy. We’re now (almost) connected to The Grove, the nice, new 76 acre development to our west on old state land. Beautiful bridge but has not yet been transferred from the developer to the city. As such, the lawyers are apparently nervous. Soon, we are told.
