Nice! I’ve been involved in the Mothership Over/Under game taking place on Discord this month (a massive game set on a huge spaceship). It’s been amazing - something like 1500 ppl involved. I’ve been gradually illustrating some of the game locations. These are the first two:

#over/under - I’m not winning, not close. But I did get paid a bit to remodel a dive bar called the Savage Dive. Good excuse to try my hand at a different type of map. #maps #ttrpg #mothership

All a bit of an experiment really, isometric jungle - I had a 9-5 zoom meeting today so spent most of it drawing (helps me focus). Not sure if at some point an isometric map reaches a detail overload. Once I chuck it into photoshop we’ll see if it holds up.

So I never ended up submitting to the one page dungeon contest this year. I did finish the map but wasn’t fully happy with the concept… I might use it as a fairy realm for my Dolmenwood campaign. With and without clouds. #osr #dolmenwood #d&d

Option 2 for one page dungeon 2025: it’s a castle ballroom with a big split down the middle… climbing thru the rift brings you into a dark reversal of the castle. I think this has to do with dark secrets. Like the ballroom opened up and all the aristocracy’s darkest dreams are on the other side.

Started work on my one page dungeon for 2025. I want to be a bit more traditional this year, so here’s option 1:
A dwarven dungeon (featuring kid’s paint smudge)… I like the vibe and the giant stone faces but not sure who’s in this one (also not sure how to fit this into one page!) #osr #dnd

I’ve done a stack of one page dungeons in the past, but never anything more substantial. The goal in 2025 is to publish *something* bigger. So with that said here’s the first couple of pages of the dungeon… I’ll need to clean up and edit the text a bit but I think it’s fun 😊

Can’t believe Indiana Jones went thru so much trouble to get the Ark of the Covenant when he could’ve just ordered it from Temu’s New Year sale 🤷♂️

I’ve been working on an isometric, lava themed, dungeon map: A Rakshasa drug lord hideout on the plane of fire.
I’ve finished the full 4 levels of Rakshasa themed dungeon. As far as maps go, it’s a little overwhelming but I’ll take that as a lesson. I was working on drawing lava but I think I got better at drawing tigers too - the bathhouse tigers are SIGNIFICANTLY better. Question is… what do I work on now?

When the Rakshasa patron of this bathhouse entertains her guests, she likes them to know their place: stripped of clothes and weapons; looking up at her from the waters of the baths. All while she, dressed in the finest silks, looks down imposingly from her throne of bone.

Been moving house for the last couple of weeks so haven’t had much to post… just setup my workstation got to make a start on colouring the next piece of my four part iso dungeon (finally!)… it’s the bathhouse! Feat art gallery, demon elevator, rooftop vineyard and fountain kraken 🦑

Been moving house for the last couple of weeks so haven’t had much to post… just setup my workstation got to make a start on colouring the next piece of my four part iso dungeon (finally!)… it’s the bathhouse! Feat art gallery, demon elevator, rooftop vineyard and fountain kraken 🦑
Also… Ive been tinkering away on my map but im moving house at the moment so all my tools are in transit. For the moment here’s a fun French fort I designed for PirateBorg last year ;)

Rakshasa lair part 4 ready for colour! It’s a bathhouse… a chimera of Spirited Away, Onigashima (One Piece) and a Roman bathhouse I once visited. Im hoping the colour will differentiate the layers a bit 🤞

Thanks! It’s just a little personal project - there are another 3 parts to it… the more traditional dungeon layout has been done and there’s a bathhouse still to come. WIP looks like this atm…

Here’s my in progress isometric dungeon… it’s part 3 of 4 😊 still a bit to do but I’m happy with it so far.

Part 3 of my quick draw four part Rakshasa dungeon. Pen completed ready for colour tonight, I really like how the little dungeon town turned out (not sure who lives there yet!) 🔥🐯
