My mother-in-law Ruth Petersen passed away on October 26 at age 95. The funeral has been scheduled for December 5, when all grandchildren will be able to attend.

Wife went home last week to be with her mom, so I’m finishing out Minnesota alone with my mom. Too cold at the lake, so we retreated to town. School just started, the buses gather across the street before heading on their routes.

My wife shot the scepter, the tail, and finished off the torso, so she’s the Business Queen of the Schützenfest in Buchholz. She gets to keep the pieces.
