Might as well let them be what they are, run out the clock on the season, and hope for some lottery luck. The vets they signed can (slowly) walk and they can retool around the core. The pro scouts and management should wear this debacle but accountability isn’t really True North’s thing.

I think so too. Being a good NHL player in the future is one thing he has over Schenn, who is also not presently an NHL level player but one whose best years are behind not ahea. Not sure what the Jets are hanging on to here.
