Lawmakers or third-party groups file suit in federal court. A judge could issue an injunction or a writ of mandamus ordering the DOJ to release the files immediately. Defiance of which provides further evidence to an eventual Impeachment/removal proceeding should Dems retake power?

When Trump fired the Commissioner of BLS back in August because he didn’t like the bad numbers coming out of it, it demonstrated that he’s not above cooking the books. Assume it’s so until otherwise proven.

I imagine James Comey, Letitia James, et. al. on the gunsight end of Trump's revenge tour will be having their lawyers make Delores Umbridge as witness #1 in their malicious prosecution defenses... This should be enough to clear the decks from this mess.

So I'll just sweat out the tux that I wore to the airport to satisfy RoadRulesGuy's new attire desires. Those ruffly formal shirts hold the perspiration so well. I can't imagine how "fresh" I'll be after waiting on a hot tarmac for 3 hours to taxi. If only he'd concentrate on that...

Not as much as will cost to build... Demos are relatively cheap compared. Besides, the psyche of the country will demand it. It would be like leaving Saddam Hussein's statues up all around Iraq after he was executed for his crimes...

I find it interesting that their go-to defense for everything going wrong now is to blame people who no longer have ready access to microphones/press, ie. little chance to respond. It’s really their only possible way to evade accountability.

Trump is claiming Biden’s pardons are invalid. I say go ahead and invalidate them. It creates space to bring all HIS pardon recipients to justice after all this is over. Careful what you wish for.

For those that are concerned that she’s walking away rich with pension. According to the formula she’s eligible for about $8700 per years starting when she attains 62 years old in 11 years. I don’t think that’s the motivation.
