Ok. Yes, identifiable for sure. Something looked off, so I zoomed in on DT’s face and wondered what was going on. Almost as creepy as the real versions.

That’s definitely not Trump’s face. Epstein’s eyes don’t look right to me either. Where did this picture come from? It looks like some type of weird AI picture

Agreed, but whose faces are these, and why?

He’s pleading to the better angels of the people who *want to* honor him.

Canadian here. We’ll never forget the ultimate sacrifice of the 159+, the sacrifice of the 635 wounded in action, and we’ll never be the 51st state.

Respectfully, your comment treats Pence’s decisions as having been made in normal times where *of course* a government official would follow his constitutional duty. But days of such dutiful government officials in a Republican regime are long gone.

I disagree with 99.9% of what Pence did and everything he stands for, but I honestly think the cowardly way out was to “throw it back to the states” or to otherwise push the decision to someone else and go along with what the MAGA crowd was demanding. Does he need an award? No. But who does?

He came through and did the right thing when it counted. And since it was reasonable to expect the mob might try to kill him for doing the right thing, I respectfully disagree.

… this guy certainly seems to know better on both points, but is being dishonest, which I guess is actually worse than if he was just a moron.

But of course it’s totally disingenuous because we’re talking about tariffs against Mex and Can, who ARE parties to a free trade agreement (negotiated at massive expense with this same f’ing president a few years ago) and the US admin certainly isn’t acknowledging that tariffs are a tax on consumers
March 13, 2025 at 3:31 AM
Current Republicans are morons, yes. But I think what he tries to say isn’t as bad as it sounds, as he twists to an argument about tariffs as a useful tool against states with whom the US does not have free trade agreements, to leverage those states to reduce their relatively higher tariffs

Agreed
March 1, 2025 at 4:36 AM
Correct. While *this* video is not intended to trick anyone, and has a satire stamp, big accounts give fake stuff legitimacy. People believing “whatever they want” is a significant reason the other side is operating in a false reality where thoughts like “maybe Ukraine did start the war”, creep in.

I sure hope the goal isn’t to have barely better standards than the other half does.

Yikes, that’s not great sourcing.

Where are the stories about the ones you *were* talking about

Note: “Diana”

There’s room in my head to hold both of those thoughts at the same time as well.
