We need to share this far and wide. Call 911!!! It will create a record and more importantly, it lays the groundwork for a civil lawsuit. It might not stop them from taking the individual but it will keep non-ICE kidnappers from taking people. It will also force ICE to comply with the LAW.

I reckon a lot of genuine law enforcement officers are upset too. Maybe we should also get a letter from police organizations etc.

I just noticed the hand with eyes (and lashes!) and lips drawn on it. Based on the fingers' names, is this character called Scrapper Leary? Also, is the character who drew the face named Zoot Pooch? (I feel these are important questions.)
