Can republican states refuse to certify enough democrats to prevent them from gaining a majority. Just claim those districts are contested and tie it up in the courts. This has happened in individual cases in the past.

You are missing the fact that Trump’s spokesmen have continuously said there’s no way they can bring him back. Why would they all of a sudden change course? And the court has clearly stated there’s no way they can force Trump to bring this kidnapped man back if he does not want to.

Taught my 30 something’s we are no better than other people and we could easily have been those other people that US society scorns. Empathy is a virtue and sadly lacking.
