Delight in the irony of the Center City Partners Safety Ambassador blocking the entire sidewalk forcing the pedestrian into the oncoming lane of traffic
An electric 4 wheel vehicle with the words Safety Ambassador in large block letters on the side paid for by Center City Partners is parked on and taking up the entire width of a city sidewalk ironically causing an unsafe situation where a pedestrian would have to step into an oncoming lane of traffic to get around the obstacle
