Wasn't Lee Smolin writing about some of these problems, ~20 years ago?

This was a classic Elon pattern at early Tesla:
he kept announcing new stuff/visions to raise money to fix/finish the last announcement

When 'someone' has the ability to rifle through check bags and pull valuables, it's not just a property crime, it's a security breach.
If they can take things out of bags,
they can also put things into bags.

Does #SpiritAirlines care about security?

"Valuables were stolen from your checked bag?

It may our fault, but it's YOUR problem!
(check the fine print with absurd terms)

Suddenly that check ticket isn't so cheap.

Your valuables were stolen by our crew?
It may be our fault,
but it's not our problem!

#SpiritAirline's crew steals from your luggage,
and they hide behind technicalities
to avoid acknowledging the crime or doing the right thing.

It's a Cheap Ticket
But an Expensive Trip
when there's a triple-digit theft of your property!

One of the coolest benefits of flying on #SpiritAirlines is their crew goes through your checked bags and removes things that you don’t really need, like audio interfaces and bluetooth speakers.

And they donate your valuables to a worthy charity! (right?)

When items from a checked bag are stolen, it’s a sign #SpiritAirlines' security is faulty and your safety is at risk

If someone can access your suitcase,
go thru its contents,
and TAKE ITEMS WITHOUT DETECTION,
what other ‘INSECURE’ things
could someone do with your luggage?

We’re not denying that #SpiritAirline’s baggage crew STOLE three items worth $130 from your checked bag.
We're rejecting your request because you didn’t tell us about the crime within 4 hours of landing! (even though you landed at 2am)

It's not a cheap ticket when have to spend time and money replacing the items Spirit Airline's crew stole from you.
Ticket: $65
Stolen Items: $130

Spirit Air's cheap ticket isn't so cheap when you have to spend twice that amount ($130) to replace items their crew stole from your checked suitcase.
Don't forget the hours of time you'll waste on the problem.

#SpiritAirlines steals valuables from passenger's luggage,
and then jerks you around before denying your claim.
