Where's the fun in that though.

Yeah at this point I'm calling on the phone because the web site didn't solve my problem, not the other way around.

Still remember some, in fact.

I do imagine your family just try to out-pun each other all day.

I continue recommending this browser add-on (Firefox) called "Straight to the Web."

It auto-redirects any Google page hits to the Web tab, which eschews Google's summaries, AI queries, and other "take away page views" mechanics.

You cannot edit the project deadline on Kickstarter. Please try to not fly off the handle about things outside of someone's control.

You're right, it wasn't posted in the February 2nd 2022 "we're funded" post. It was posted February 6th 2022 (4 days later), with an explanation to Kickstarter's policy.

This is the first of many times they answered the question.

Keep up the good work! Delays are fine. The important thing is to not feel obligated to crunch, and to produce the game you want to make, to release when it's ready.

So, that clarification was literally in the inaugural post. A known limitation of the Kickstarter system. It was never a promised launch date.

It's understandable to be disappointed at a delay, but tirades filled with misinformation aren't appropriate.

What I find interesting is that the alt text character limit is 2000 characters. Way more than the 300 any text post can carry.

You could carry on much lengthier discussion by posting images and filling the alt text fields. Multiple images even to multiply the max length.

Nice work. It was neat to bring the pilot into a more canonical setting with characterization more in-line with what they all are in the series proper.

Also does serve as an introduction for any newcomers (the first lines especially). Well done.

If the upper room is the room with the cells, that seems to be the basement dungeon Zelda is held in during the escape sequence at the start of Link to the Past.

Excellent.

The age-old IT adage of "reboot it and problems go away" lives on.

Whatever it's doing, I've noticed an improvement: Switch 1 wireless controllers couldn't wake the system if stuff was in the way. Laptop or whatnot. Needed a somewhat-clear line of sight.

Switch 2 can wake even if I'm behind three walls and a large TV (my console's behind it).

I believe it's a combination of:

- The thing that makes the garage door open is typically on the wall.
- A lot don't know about wall-mounted motors (it didn't occur to me right away)
- Thus: "Oh he must be talking about that button... but the things he's saying about them do not compute."
