They have to be sent the message that we WILL NOT accept such a ruling that would be clearly contrary to the Constitution, the law, and any pretense of fairness.

Maybe they shouldn't have voted for a budget bill that is going to enable the administration to increase these round-ups, incarcerations, and deportations by a factor of 10.
