After a break from writing new words (the time spent mostly refining plot, smoothing out rough first chapters and so on but also a lot of not writing), I bash out 2500 new words over a couple pints and a banging spicy pizza. That felt good.

Thought I’d share my favourite #bookshelf. My collection is random and eclectic and weird. And the bookcase itself is one of my most prized possessions. I’m pretty certain it’s Shapland & Petter for Liberty & Co. Been in my family for 30+ years, and will remain so forever.
