Here is the editorial in question. Wouldn't it be a shame if more people saw it than otherwise would have were it not for the court's action?

A court-appointed receiver is still rounding up and distributing funds, and has said he expects to be at it until 2029–20 years after the scam blew up in the wake of the financial crisis. END

The action is symbolic at best—the money is gone, and Stanford, now 74, is serving a 110-year prison sentence. When all is said and done, his 20,000 victims will collect around 40 cents on the dollar. 2/
