Just opened one. It’s pretty good. More malt notes and less hopes than an IPA. It’s described as a spiced ale. You can taste the spices too. A nice change of pace from the IPAs.

I haven’t opened one yet, decided on a Jack and Coke instead.

Yep. I get the same feeling. I keep waiting for the collapse. The bad call or turnover that causes a meltdown. The last couple years have felt a little different, but all the years of seeing them find a way to lose instead of finding a way to win left a scar.
