It’s already too late for items like high end laptops. As soon as I heard tariffs were coming, I jumped into research mode and got a new i9 beast direct from MSI (TW) on Black Friday for $3,400 (~ $800 off list price). The new equivalent model just came out a few weeks ago, and is well over $5k.
