Brought to you by refreshing Ticketmaster for ages after it appeared all tickets had gone. Just a rotten user experience all-round! But success nonetheless!

Got a lot out of LOVE, part of Haugerud’s Oslo trilogy. It’s more about ideas than emotions, trying out different lifestyles and interpretations of love, and the trilogy itself is so cosy and utopian where everyone talks perfectly at length and has good intentions, even when morally murky.

Some films make me feel like I’m 4 and 11 and 19 and 26 years old all at the same time, but Old Joy made me feel severed from all the previous versions of me, that I was someone yesterday and someone else today. Beautifully quiet melancholic tale of growing up and growing apart.

enjoyed Rental Family, though don't see the feel-good film in it others do. its tone is deceptively crowd-pleasing and straight-forward for a story with so much loneliness in it. it's transactional, emotions are bought and sold, and made me think about how disconnected we all are.

adored Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person, it’s cool and comforting, about outcasts finding each other, it’s goth and nocturnal, my kind of film!
