Smoking a boneless turkey breast from Wegmans. Rubbed it with Meat Church’s Holy Gospel. It’s gonna cook nice and slow at 250 in my Pit Boss smoker with Bear Mountain Oak and Hickory pellets. I’m monitoring the internal temp with my Chef iQ wireless meat probe. Can’t wait! #smokedturkey
