Los Angeles' Comic Art Professional Society, 1977-2024) award for lifetime achievement was The Sergio, named after its co-founder Sergio Aragonés 7 sculpted by Rubén Procpio. When CAPS disbanded, three awards were left, so Sergio chose which CAPS members should own them. I received mine yesterday.
