BT Openreach are a disgrace. They have left my mum, an 85 vulnerable dementia sufferer with no Internet, so no safety alarm, no indoor cameras since 2nd Dec. Not able to escalate. Been told will be 10th Dec. Seem untouchable. Shocking!! 😡
