A false dawn at Dawlish Warren yesterday; no sign of the Lesser Crested Tern despite an early morning report. Eventually distance views of it miles up the estuary before far more obliging close views roosting on shoreline off Cockwood - a real pot of gold. My 6th lifer of the year.
